What does PT on a budget mean?

Coming up with a catchy website title is very hard. PT on a Budget stands for Physical Therapy, Healthy Living (the mind, body, spirit and soul dynamic), healthy eating as well as Personal Training on a budget. Often times when we think about a budget in relation to finances and for those who count their calories, caloric budget. When a person budget their finances or caloric intake they track it day by day, month by month, year by year. Hence the website name of PT on a budget. This website purpose is to create a community where people can learn how to manage their bodies during and after injury (physical therapy), to prevent injury (physical therapy, personal training, health coaching) and become the best version of themselves through understanding the ways in which the mind and body communicates on a daily basis (health coaching).

There are different layers to this plan as my purpose is to revolutionize the way we think about post injury and maintenance. This website is for all minds of people that care about going in depth of their understanding of their bodies in order to maximize their potential. The ideal client and reader would be a holistic minded person that cares about finding balance with their mind, body, soul and spirit. They are people who commonly would read food labels out of concern for what is going into their bodies. They would commonly look upside effects of the medications that they are taking and consider natural remedies. They value the fact that they do not need to take medications to manage their health because they look for natural ways to do so. They look for online sources to complement their understanding of the body dynamic. They tend to look at not only the primary benefit but the secondary and tertiary benefits of a habit. Example: working out at the gym helps maintain mental clarity, healthy weight, increase confidence, discipline and productivity versus only to lose weight.
